I recently bought the Sheamus/HHH/Cena pack from K-Mart. Well, when I got it home, my dog got ahold of the Sheamus figure and put some damage onto it. Do you think K-Mart would let me return it? Since, the whole reason I bought the pack was for that certain figure? Thanks.

I mean I don't see why they wouldn't. I wouldn't say "my dog chewed it" because then it really isn't their fault but then again that would be lying so it's really up to you.

If you don't mind a little white lie, then have a receipt handy, and tell them you took out of the package to give to your son or something, and that he started complaining because of damage to the figure. So you wanted to return it because it's broken.

If I crash a brand new car, should the dealership take it back?

Its really your fault here. If you do exchange it then they have a $30 item just sitting there for months and thats just not fair to them.

Exactly. If that Sheamus meant that much to you, then perhaps you should've done more to keep it away from the dog. Accidents happen, I know, but 2 wrongs don't make a right. Nut up and buy another Sheamus . . . . and be more careful next time.

I would say return it but it was your fault like others have said so i can't say i would. I have had things break b/c of my own fault (figures fell off a shelf and one broke) and i didn't do anything about it. It was my fault for putting it up there.
