I don't see how it's illegal honestly. It's not the customers job to do the price check. That's why there is a manager there. It's the managers job to look up the price, not the customers to tell them the price.

I would like that Rowdy. they knew the price.. yet "played dumb" .. im pretty sure if the manager said ring them up at $13.99 a piece , they would have spoke up... yeah, its the stores/managers fault... but i personally couldnt stand there fully knowing the price , then being asked and shrugging it off... i couldnt do it... |

Yeah dude, I bought a few from target, and they wouldn't ring up, and they asked how much they were and I said 9.99$. Because I'm honest. Same thing happened with smash from k mart. I said damn I should have said he was 5$ and the girl was like " I would have rang him up for 5$ too"

Got a Maryse that way for $6.99. Therefore the store breaks even and then some, and also makes me happy. Any cheaper and your just cheating the store. It's like those dumb nuts on pawn stars who want a hundred bucks for something, then get it appraised for $8,000 and then ask for $10,000.

What's the problem with stores lately? The prices are never in the computers. Yesterday at Target the Signature series had no price. Before that it was the Rumblers and Royal Rumble. Walmart didn't have prices for Basic 8 and Elite 6. And its not just WWE. Two weeks ago it was McFarlane Sportspics.
Maybe stores stores will fix their system when they see money losses.

The manager told the cashier to ring them up @ $3.49 and apologized for his wait. He didn't tell them they were $3.49. Not his fault...jeez
