I love the Mattel Elite figures but I'm finding the lower part of the bodies to be a bit frustrating. I'm looking forward to doing some posing and possibly a pic fed. However, the legs just don't cooperate with doing leg submissions such as the Walls of Jericho or Sharpshooter. I'm finding that the main problem is the hip piece. The back of the trunks enable the legs to bend back far enough. Is there any way of fixing this without damaging the figure?

No, I meant that the way the hip/crotch piece is molded. It makes it so that the legs only bend so far backwards. It makes it difficult to pose the figures in some submissions like the Walls of Jericho.

That's an unfixable problem, unless you cut the ass cheeks off of the figures. That's what it keeping the legs from going backwards.

normal human beings can't extend their legs backwards beyond their ass cheeks anyways - that's a feat for Basic articulation only. Anyways, I can get my elites to do a decent boston crab and sharp shooter.

They need to fix the joints in the hips. The last RSC order I made, the legs on them couldn't bend due to there being excess glue inside or something. After prying them loose with a tiny screwdriver, I still can't get DM Mach's right leg to snap in place like it should.
