Yea.. So I need to know a few things real quick that are bugging me.. #1: Is the Legends line being canceled?
and
#2: Did William Regal get cut from Elite Series 8?
These are major concerns for me.. MAINLY the Legends line.. I seriously would stop collecting if they cut that line..
Thanks in advance.. Karma for tha truth!

No the legends line is not ending, the 2 packs probably have but the main line definitely has not.
Regal is in Elite 8 but he is rarer. I think he is one per 2 case or something like that. Thats why some online places cannot promise or will even receive him.

My understanding of Mattel's strategy is this:
1. The Legends line is still active (Pre-orders for Series 6 are already up!) with the cancelled figures, 2-packs Series 2 & retro ESR Andre, being brought back into the Legends line in the future. Also, the Legends line is scaled down to only four figures per set to avoid too many pegwarmers from harming sales. More obscure, and marketably risky figures, might be incorporated into the regular Elite line, after the main roster is done, to pad out the assortments. So instead of Finlay or Shad warming the pegs, it just might be figures like Lou Albano. This way, more figures have a chance to be produced without taking up limited Legends slots reserved for more popular choices.
2. William Regal is still in Elite Series 8. However, as a potential pegwarmer, he's being omitted from the initial release. It's the same as how Tyson Kidd or DH Smith were not in the first shipments of Series 7. The idea is that better-selling figures get released in bigger quantities up front and, as the series circulates more, the pegwarmers eventually complete the series without taking up shelf space from the start.
