I don't bother calling cause years ago I called a KB Toys (Yeah that long ago) and I was looking for some Marvel Legends they didn't have what I was looking for all they had was the Apack-o-lap-see Series. Thats right the moron couldn't read. In fact I have found I am far more qualified to answer customer questions than the employees. Just last week I was at Target looking at video games and a woman with her kids asked an employee about a game. I decided to ask what they were looking for when the guy walked to check the computer, they wanted Little Big Planet 2 for the 360 I told them it was out but its only on PS3.
Its a waste of time to call people who don't even know JACK SNIT about what they have in their department. Just go look and maybe ask someone if they come to you cause they want to help, when you have to track someone down they most likely won't give you the time of day. Though Target is nice with their price scanners that let you know if they have anything in the back.

You are better off just going to check the store. Employees usually aren't much help. I use to call a lot back in the day when I was younger and I'd sometimes get stuff put on hold. I remember when Unchained Fury which was the set with the first RVD, Booker T, Ric Flair, Lance Storm and Hurricane came out. I called and I put the set on hold. However I remember when CS 2 came out. I remember reading on here a bunch of TRU's were getting CS 2 in so I called and the employee said no but he didn't look, so I called them back and again, I could tell they never checked. My Dad didn't want to take me until he knew they had the set, then my Dad called and they said no again. My Dad ended up saying it and we went to find the entire set there minus Dude Love and they had several of each. I'd only suggest calling if you are planning to put the figures on hold but it's usually a waste of time to call because most employees are lazy and don't like to look.
