The clips that connect the two half's of the canvas are stuck. I'm trying to get them out to put them back in again because my ESR is off balance, which really sucks. Does anybody know how to get them off? I don't want to get the ring wet with hot water because it's a bitch to dry off. Also, do you think that this would help get my ring balanced? There are two ringposts that don't touch surface. It's a real pain in the ass.

on mine i pulled one side up and one side down and it seperated.

The canvas is one solid sheet... Assuming you mean the two halves of the base, then the only way I could separate mine was with hot water. It wasn't budging at all until I put it in the bath.

I use a flat screw driver to push the little tiny linking pieces in. Then pull it apart.

Since this was posted here. How do you get the ringposts out? I wanted to take mine apart and I tried pulling them out but they won't budge.
