Tag Teams: Demolition, LOD, Nasty Boys
Series 1: Andre, Macho Man, Rick Rude, Ted Dibiase
Series 2: Macho King
Series 3: Basically the entire set besides Greg Valentine and Big Bossman
Series 4: Bret Hart Purple Hart Version
Yellow Cards: Nailz and Owen
Red Cards: Undertaker, Bret Hart, Bam Bam, Yoko
Purple Cards: Dibiase and Duggan
Dark Blue: HBK both black and silver pants and white pants as well as Razor Ramon Purple
These are the rare ones from each series I would say in my opinion. Who else would the rest of you guys add?

Warrior #3 purple tights would be the next hardest regular release to find behind Dusty (or at least, most expensive). After that, probably Andre from series 1. It depends if you are looking for the figures MOC or loose, however. Some MOC's are tough to find in good condition, or for a good price.

IMO if you are looking on ebay for US/UK cards in good condition, the following very rarely seem to be listed;
Macho King #2/3, Demolition, Koko B Ware, Earthquake/Typhoon, Mr Perfect #1

It depends, loose or MOC?
Also, are you buying from the UK or USA (or somewhere else)?
Hazbrofan's list is a very good basis, although i think loose LOD figs are pretty easy to come by in the UK, saying that, getting an animal with all spikes in tact can some times be tricky.
Id also add singles Marty to that list, as well as Gonzales and Akeem used to fetch a few quid on eaby (maybe not so much now).

on the subject of hasbro prices. I recently paid £20 for a MOC Gonzales. Good deal?

I would agree that Akeem, Marty are rare as well. Gonzalez not so much in my opinion.

Its an interesting topic, the whats 'rare' and what took you as an individual buyer the longest to come across can be worlds apart.
For example, the first figure i had was whats now known as the JC Penny (UK version) ring which came with Savage. I remember opening the plastic bags as did 1000's of kids in the UK at the time. Look how 'rare' they are now!!
Singles Marty was one of my last figures to get hold of, and im not talking about ebay/internet buying, im talking real picking collecting, car boot sales, trades in the play ground etc etc.
Its a funny old game!
