Are his arms supposed to move at the shoulders? The norm is four points of articulation (head, waist, arms/elbows/wrists), but the shoulders on mine can kinda-sorta move, albeit stiffly, along with his wrists. Is it safe to do so, or should I stop before I end up breaking 'em off?

Yea, stop. It seems like they will move, but they will break if you keep trying.
You're right about the 4 points of articulation. That's the limit they have.

Okie-dokie, artichokey. I guess that pretty much wraps up this thread. Thanks for the answer, RKOwned!

The Rumblers all have different POA to do their signature poses. His shoulders don't move.
With Series 1 - All have 4 POA, (neck, waist & arms) but they are different points at the arms.
HHH doesn't have shoulder articulation. He has angled cuts at the elbows that slide his arms down or spread them out for his signature pose.
Punk is like Triple H no shoulder articulation with angled cuts at the elbows. (But his arms are posed infront of him insead of at the sides.)
Cena has one shoulder and one cut elbow for his "you can't see Me"
Undertaker doesn't have shoulder articulation his forearms rotate. So his hands face up, down & sideways.
Sheamus/Rey/HBK/Morrison/Truth - all have cut joints at the shoulders to raise their arms.

I knew about all of series 1, I just couldn't figure out how Taker's arms were SUPPOSED to work, because, unlike the others, the cuts on the parts that could move aren't as obvious as the ones that couldn't.
To add to this subject...is it just me, or is the ladder in the Morrison accessory pack a lawsuit waiting to happen?
