Mattel released Tommy Dreamer, can they release more from ECW's roster?

ehh, they released Dreamer when he was on the roster? lol. They've released other ECW guys like Snuka, Bam Bam but they're viewed more as WWE guys. You wont see guys like Raven since they're signed with Jakks for the TNA line.

I don't really understand the purpose of the question. Given you referenced the Tommy Dreamer figure, I'm assuming you mean the ECW roster of 2009. And plenty of them already have figures out: Christian, Regal, Zeke, Kozlov, Ryder, Yoshi, Shelton, Hurricane, Goldust, Sheamus.

I meant to say the ECW brand, not roster. I know Rob Vam Dam is with TNA but I was wondering about the others such as TAZZ, Raven.

Taz is with TNA, and Raven has signed with Jakks LOTR line, as well. I also heard alot of the ECW guys were scanned for TNA figures, but, Jakks has announced that Raven will be the last former ECW talent to have a figure this year. Some former ECW guys could still sign with Mattel. Technically, RVD could sign with them, but WWE has forbid Mattel from making current TNA talents.

Thanks for the answer, makes more sense. I would love to see a Mattel Raven once his Jakks deal is over. Taz is with TNA, and Raven has signed with Jakks LOTR line, as well. I would love to see a Mattel Raven once his Jakks deal is over. Vince would probably veto that, but you never know for sure.

No time soon, though. Mattel hasn't really made an attempt to release WCW guys, let alone ECW guys. However, it's still possible it could eventually happen. I think they're more focused on the WWE/WWF Legends, as of right now.

ECW as a brand is off the table for now. Of course any former ECW guys who are currently still under contract with WWE as a current or past superstars or anyone Mattel has signed seperately are fair game and can be done as figures.
As Far as TNA goes, we cannot do anyone who is under contract there. We are however watching that situation closely and as wrestlers become available we will be making individual decisions as to whether to persue contracts with them.

A Legends Sabu, Legends Sandman and Legends Taz are among my top wants for this entire line. Jakks Taz sucked so much, I can only imagine how awesome a proper one done by Mattel would be.
