Just wondering if anybody knew why Jakks won't use the tall boots on their TNA figures? The DI1 AJ looks great w/ them, but other figures that are missing them look pretty bad w/ the "snow boots." IMO the whole DI4 RVD is thrown off w/ the short boots. Anybody know why this is?

Why can't jakks just use realistic body molds like they do with their UFC figures? So many questions...

I would say that they retired that part and didn't have the mold for whatever reason (only ones to make the protos?), but it's been said that the new RVD IE coming out will have them on the final product, so I have no idea. They kept doing it while under the WWE license, too, but even then some guys still came out with the taller kicks. Who knows.

This goes down as one of those unanswerable questions apparently. Its been asked on this board hundreds of times in hundreds of different ways. There are so many figures that i would have purchased if only they would have used the tall kickers. I would love to know JAKKS reasons for it as they have never come out and said their reasoning.

It just puzzles me that Jakks actually has a really good tall boot mold on DI1 AJ and from the old DI WWE line, yet they won't use them anymore. I bought the DI4 RVD a few days ago. I switched the hands out w/ taped hands but the boots still throw the figure way off IMO. Just an example of a great figure w/ a great sculpt that is ruined by the crappy snow-boots.

I feel the same way with all the AJ's since DI 1. They are all awesome figs, especially the exclusive first x div title win, but they are all ruined in my opinion by the boots. You can also add Kaz, Jay Lethal, Chris Jericho, Hernandez, and the MCMG's to the list of figs that would be much much better with the tall kickers.
