I Want to Collect Both of These Lines but i want to keep one MOC and the other loose. I Like The Accessories Elites come with but i like the articulation on the basics. What Line should i keep moc and which Loose ?

i assume your some what of a collector, so coming from a collecting stand point. i say keep the elite moc and open the basic. Esentially your spending more money on the elite so why bring the value down on a 15 dollar figure when you could just open a 7/8 dollar figure. plus if you hang your figures up on the wall like i do the elites look really cool moc hanging up. me personally i do not open any figures i buy, i have always been like that since i started collecting star wars back when i was 10 years old.

Elite allthe way for me... I don't get any Basic styled figures apart from the Divas which are Elite style really when you look at them. I also keep all MOC, The only problem with being an Elite collector is a lot of people get a Basic release first (such as The original Nexus) and we don't know whether they will be released as Elite or not yet so I may not get those at all.

I don't understand the idea of keeping a wrestling fig MOC because of its "value". Look at what happened with Jakks figs (specifically CS). People kept them MOC thinking that they'd be worth a lot one day, and now they're worth less than what they original sold for in stores. Rare figs are the exception of course. I don't play with my figs anymore, but still collect and open almost every figure I buy to display loose. Now if you want to collect MOC because you think they look better that way/display better then cool, I get that. I have a few MOC because the packaging looks so damn great (SDCC Taker for example), but I don't understand keeping them MOC for strictly monetary reasons.

Elite. More articulation, more detailed, and usually come with clothing/some accessory. I also noticed that the clothing on Legends are better quality than the clothing for Elites. Ex: Brian Pillman/British Bulldogs vests are made of better material (IMO) than Elite Ziggler's vest. Also, the robes for those such as Rick Rude, Mr. Wonderful, Von Eriks are better IMO than those of Elite Taker/Edge.

Yeah totally, I ended up keeping them MOC as I like the way they look in the boxes, I don't ever plan on selling them to be honest.

Both.
As I have said before, sometimes IMHO, Basics have the better head sculpt (B10 HHH, B9 Smiling Cena etc.)
In addition, sometimes the extra articulation takes away from the sculpt with certain body types.
