Does anyone know if it's possible to remove the ring posts after they've been put in and if so how? Also what about the clips that hold the two parts of the ring together can those be removed?

The posts should just pull out. For me, I had to put the ring in a bath of hot water for twenty seconds to unclip the two halves of the base.

The posts seem pretty tight in there to me, but I don't think they'd break if you didn't pull to hard.

Yeah I tried just pulling on the posts and they won't budge. It's a pretty thick plastic but would a blow dryer work on softening them up?
