Flex Force is just meant for kids, right?
I just don't understand why they're kind of expensive. They're even a bit pricey at ringside.
They look horrible, terribly crappy, and the novelty of them is pretty gay.
What's the deal?
Does anyone here buy them?

I buy once in awhile. I can see them being good for kids, less joints = harder to break. But it is crazy that they cost as much as a basic considering they have less articulation and paint apps. Actually Target raised them to $10.99 which is $1 more than their Basics.

i in hate them, all they do is clog shhelves Yeah, really. I don't think most kids are even dumb enough to buy them. I actually know a kid who buys WWE figs, and I don't think she likes FlexForce. Yeah, is all they do is clog shelves and take up room for good figs. I hate it when stores make decisions like that. Fortunately, it looks like another line that's destined to die. I dunno when the toy companies will learn... Maximum Sweat, STOMP, Trash talkers, and all those kiddie lines like that.. |

They advertise this line preety well, so I think it sells good enough. If not they would've already canceled it. At least, it seems to sell better than the Legends line.  The one thing that I didn't like about the line is that there were only 4 or 5 different moves at the start. But with John Cena's FU... ahm sorry Attitude Adjustment on the Horizon, the line gets better and better in my opinion (I REALLY like the figure). |

I personally like them they remind me of the hasbro days with the actions. And i know most people don't like them but honestly around my area flex force sells pretty well. I actually have been collecting at least one of each character released in flex force form as they give me something to look for and pick up in between the wait for other basic or elite series to appear in stores.
But in the end they are selling which is why they are still being released and everytime i go to a live wwe event the flex force table is surrounded by people playing with them so i think to the general public outside of this board they are pretty well liked.

They're ok, but nothing for me to get excited about. I just wish they wouldn't clog the shelves, preventing new figures from being stocked.

The Flexforce sell fairly well around me. The stores have the pegs set for a certain amount of Flexforce, basics, elites, etc. So unsold Flexforce have no effect on the other lines stock.

I think if they each had different moves, the line would do a lot better. John Cena's FU, Big how's chokeslam, etc. instead of generic fist pounding and hook throwing moves.

I think so, too. A lot of collectors on here don't understand that this board is a relatively small section of the audience. FlexForce seem pretty popular to me, they're always restocking them and bringing out new accessory packs and such. I don't like them myself, but I can see why they'd be attractive to kids and other buyers. |

Like what, I wish we could get accessory packs and some good 12" figures.
Mattel is an American company. In the old days foreign companies used to sublicense the rights to toys. Or maybe European stores don't have the same buying power or competition between Wally, Target, TRU, and Kmart plus the smaller regional stores.
Bandai of America releases cheap junk over her while their Japanese division sells superior toys to the Japanese. By the time I get a Japanese toy I have paid well over their retail.

How about using that space to stock more of the current lines? Like buying more of each figure so it won't be so hard to find some of them? A lot of them sell out really fast.
Also it seems a lot of stores do not get in every series. I've noticed a lot of stores lacking the classic-style series'.
There are A LOT of wrestling figure series' these days, and there are always ways for the stores to do a better job of stocking up.
