Are all Basic 8 Kanes like this?

I just picked it up at Wal Mart since I like the look of his new ring gear. Anyway, the glove on his right hand is completely screwed up. First of all, the "dots" on the glove that are normally flesh tone are just plain black. Second of all, the entire glove isn't painted correctly. The skin on his hand starts up way too far on the glove so part of the glove is painted flesh tone.

It's easy enough for me to fix since I used to customize and still have my paints, but are they all like this? I know his Basic 2 figure had the glove painted correctly.
