If your a big Pink Floyd fan, you probably know about the history between David Gilmour and Roger Waters, and the fact that Live 8 was the first time they played together in over 20 years... well this thursday, David Gilmour played the solo of Comfortably Numb and Outside The Wall on Waters 2011 Wall tour www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-13389333I'm both gland and gutted, i have tickets for this coming wednesday at the O2 arena, and hoped he would be at that one as they are taping all O2 performances, then again, atleast his performance was still taped, and hopefully Gilmour tours next year

ya i was aware of this from the start of the wall tour. roger agreed to play with david at a charity event last summer if david agreed to play at one of rogers wall shows. not surprised at all that it was at a london show, but i just wish once that a big reunion would happen on american soil goddammit!
