I liked Bragging Rights, but Uprising is a cool name. Same here!

Sounds like something Ring of Honor would use.

Why are WWE changing PPV's so often?!

F*** sake. Loved that PPV (yes, all two occurences!). Sure, the name wasn't great, but the concept was.
Uprising... it's just another new name to me. I'd rather WWE just settle on a PPV calendar for a few years, but no, they'd rather introduce another new PPV that will probably only happen once before being dropped.

Why can't they leave a PPV name alone?

Why can't they leave a PPV name alone? Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Summer Slam, Survivor Series.

How in a time after Talent Exchanges was Bragging Rights a good concept? I mean, the idea of it to someone who you were explaining Wrestling to for the first time was cool, but why should I take brand loyalty seriously, especially after this year's Road to WrestleMania? I thought everything about the event sans the execution was great.

Yeah, the way some Superstars just show up on another brand (see Alberto Del Rio earlier this year, and I mean even before he won the Royal Rumble) pisses me off too. But that aside, the idea of a PPV with largely Smackdown vs. RAW matches and then a couple of main events, is just a wonderful (though simple) idea. The 7-on-7 'Bragging Rights' match is also very cool if it was to be kept as a once a year thing. However I think the trophy should have been kept at ringside on the winning brand's show for a few weeks and then they should be visible in the winning GM's office after that to make it seem like winning the annual trophy is actuall a big deal. Basically I love the idea and I loved both PPVs, but I think they should have put a little more thought behind them. Plus it gave us the match of the year last year IMO.

After two of them being the same, I didn't see hope in a renewal of care, so while the idea of the event and it's specific kinds of Matches were cool, fans themselves have shown you (WWE) can't just snap your fingers and expect people to suddenly pledge allegiance to one Brand over the other. I would agree about the Match of the Year, but it's not something that was/is only possible due to Bragging Rights. Hell, Bryan and Ziggler were on the same show for a month this year and wrestled each other on the RAW and SmackDowns after Bragging Rights.

Good Bragging Rights was stupid. It was basically Survior Series a month early which detracted from the real deal IMO.

Considering Survivor Series has been s*** for about 5 years or more now, I don't see why that matters. All we get at SS if we're lucky is one, maybe two thrown together 5-on-5 matches (one usually being a divas version), so...

Love the name Uprising. Bragging Rights was OK, but I felt RAW vs. SD was always better at Survivor Series in the traditional match. Definitely like the name change.

The fact that Smackdown has so frequently been positioned as the weaker of the WWE brands isn't helped by one pay-per-view win a year at Bragging Rights. That said, this is far from a loss for WWE. "Uprising" sounds too much like a TNA pay-per-view but, for a show sandwiched between Hell in a Cell and Survivor Series, does it really matter what it's called? Odds are, it is the least-purchased WWE show of the year.

I hated the Bragging Rights concept. It was just a filler PPV. At the worst possible time of year, right before Survivor Series.
