As someone who ALMOST had my bottom teeth knocked out in a match? I can tell you than even that was one of the most painful things I've had happen. The fact he continued the match is impressive

RVD can be pretty dangerous in the ring. If I remember correctly, he's cut open Undertaker once and legit knocked out Orton in a match too.

Because RVD is the most careless wrestler on the planet and injures a ton of people. Remember when he crushed HHH's throat in the elimination chamber.
