For those who do.....likes/dislikes? I just got mine today, upgraded from Droid. Getting use to some of the slight differences. This phone is a lot smarter than the previous droid.

From my experience tinkering with it, it's a solid device and runs pretty smooth for one of the first 4G LTE devices. I was considering getting it until I saw the Samsung Galaxy S2 and completely forgot about the Thunderbolt.

I have to decide next week whether I want the thunderbolt or the charge. Im going to go with the charge because Ive heard the battery life is just downright awful on the TB. And the screen on the charge is insane. But the TB is still a great phone.

I've heard the battery life is abysmal as well. I have yet to find a compelling reason to switch to 4G either.

And the screen on the charge is insane. But the TB is still a great phone. I've heard the Charge's battery life isn't too great either. I'm getting the Thunderbolt soon, hopefully today or tomorrow. It'll be my first Android phone, upgrading from the LG Dare I've had for two years now. I'm not too concerned about the battery life and if it becomes a problem I'll just buy the bigger battery for it. I don't know how much faster 4G is from 3G, but that's probably the "compelling reason" for people.

My dad has the Thunderbolt and I am getting it in June when I am due for an upgrade. It is really a good phone but yeah the battery sucks, I have noticed that for most HTC phones.

I just got the thunderbolt. I gotta say, get this phone. I was going to get the charge but it was laggy as hell. This phone is brilliant.

I've already felt the effects of the poor battery life, but I can't say I'm too bothered by it. So fast. This is my first android phone, anyone have any app recommendations?

I sucked it up and bought the extended battery. Ive had it on all day and its barely made a dent into the battery. But it makes the phone double the size. And considering the phone is already thick, thats not a good thing. But I dont really care as long I dont have to be near a charger.

In Asia, they have cell phone charging stations almost everywhere. They have them here too in the states but I wish they were more common. This way, battery life wouldn't be as much of an issue.

I had it when it came out last year, as the HTC Evo.
