Why Jakks ever thought that a TNA toy line would sell is beyond me. Kids don't watch it & collectors cannot carry an entire line. They're killing it on purpose.

WTF JAKKS! How can it be THIS hard for a company to produce and distribute? Every single TNA figure pretty much uses the same parts too, so it should be even easier! I don't understand......the company should NOT be having this much trouble. We WANT the figures! We are practically throwing our money at them BEGGING them to take it....and they can't produce anything. What a shame. I really like TNA figures and really wish there were actually some available to buy! This...what another unsurprising disappointment.

I jumped ship when they cancled the MICROS. that was the only line i cared about. Pretty much this. It's not just that they got cancelled but the way they did it was all screwy. Series 2 was produced while the Series 3 prototypes were shown on Toyfare. Then it all came crumbling down; The status of the 6-sided ring playset, that was shown over a year ago, was finally confirmed with a sarcastic "No". Series 2 was actually made but barely distributed to RSC and two countries. It's weird to think that Beer Money micros were ok'ed to ship to the United Arab Emirates and India but not the US. Series 3 will never see the light of day now and it looks like even the UFC micros are cancelled as well. Funny how some felt that Jakks cancelling the micro line would help improve focus on their main lines. Yet, months later and things are exactly the same: Still waiting for DI5 while DI6 gets pushed back even more with a cancelled figure. Meanwhile, I've gotten 3 sets of Elites, 2 sets of Legends, 1 set of Basics, an exclusive, and 2 sets of DM figures from Mattel! So I'm pretty much done with Jakks. I'll probably keep an eye out for Tara and maybe Dixie Carter but otherwise, I don't see any point in supporting this company any more.

FINALLY a word of reason. Iy always seem that as soon as JAKKS delays something or pushes something back it because "JAKKS wants to piss off the collectors" but nothing rational. I'm seriously doubting many of you have never taken a business course, let alone have a degree is business. So It shouldn't come as a surprise to me 90% of this board doesn't understand a business model. So I'll give it to you in a nutshell. JAKKS, Mattel, and any production company needs many different things to succesfully plan, coordinate, purchase, design, produce and ship a final product. A VERY basic plan looks like this: - Designs, molds, and prototypes need to be made that MEET certain and many requirements - Raw materials need to be purchased, shipped and sorted into appropriate production locations - A laborer force needs to be obtained - A schedule needs to be planned in order to coordinate what products are going to be made when, where, and for how long. - The production schedule now needs to be based on shipping schedules (why produce a product if it cannot be shipped to the right warehouses for another 5 months!) - Retail levels need to notified as to when shipments from warehouses are scheduled to arrive so they can plan and allocate shelf space Now Let's say DI 6 was ready to start into production, but TNA wants it to be with the new logo and name.`This basically knocks it almost back to squate one. New packaging needs to be designed and inputed into the company's operating systems. Now this can screw up the planned production schedule as JAKKS produces TONS of other produces (this may come as a surprise tp many of you) So DI 6 now gets pushed back to a time frame that the production plants to fit it in to without or with minor delaying of other products. However JAKKS may use that time previously held for DI 6 and produce an new RSC exclusive because they can easily produce a single or 2-pack in limited numbers rather than a full retal level size set of 5 or 6 figures. Hope this sheds some light of these delays Hey d-bag business 101 keep your customers happy....they obviously havent done that. Ah customer satisfaction is later in the course. Plus JAKKS main focus (customer-wise) stockholders and casual buyers, not collectors. Not something I like as if JAKKS had indeed listen to collectors, the LOTR lien would still be going. But that is a topic for a different class.

It's disgraceful, they never gave this line any sort of push whatsoever and I don't think it will last until next year at this rate, and especially now where almost every figure in the line is grossly outdated. They're doing this on purpose. They're hoping that the attires of the figures they release will be old enough that the customers may be willing to consider them Legends.

Maybe its taking longer now since TNA have now changed name to Impact Wrestling so Jakks will now have to make new carding for DI6 which is why the hold up? Hopefully that's the reason, but Jakks must really hate us if they keep delaying the new DI sets....

Why Jakks ever thought that a TNA toy line would sell is beyond me. Kids don't watch it & collectors cannot carry an entire line. They're killing it on purpose. Can't buy that. The popular TNA figures DO sell, and sell quickly. The fact that Jakks is dragging it's feet is what hinders the ability to sell more of the TNA figures, plain and simple.

THEY DONT SELL! Its hard for a company to keep making figures when series 1 is still shelfwarming at most stores. Honestly I'm surprised they made it to series 5 but I'm glad they did because all I ever wanted were the beautiful people and when my Angelina arrives from Ringside mid july I will have them!
