I know the odds are slim but I think either a 1-off set or box featuring Tough Enough figs would be quite good.
Andy, Austin, Book, Trish?
or a series with Austin, Book, Trish, Demott, Andy, Luke??
Each with Tough Enough title belts, Tough Enough fabric T-Shirts, etc...
what do you guys think? I believe it's time for Mattel to get creative- we have enough Cenas and Ortons!

I'd want to wait until the winner debuted to get his look right. Trainer figures wouldn't be a bad idea, since of course it would mean getting Trish, Booker T and Bill.

I figure you could make Andy and Luke as contestants- which is why I might lean toward a box set. I just think the idea of making figures marketed toward the Tough Enough show wouldn't be a bad idea considering it's been as least moderately successful.
Although judging by fan reactions on the live show last night, Jeremiah was easily the most over.

It's funny how after every season of Tough Enough... Some random WFer posts a topic about a tough enough set. And it never happens. Because it's a season with a finale. After the seasons over... The people literally vanish as if they never existed unless they pop up in WWE, some day. There will never be a tough enough set (especially to hit retailers) because it would NOT sell. Especially with Mattels overproductiveness.

Every season of Tough Enough? What you remember it happening 8 years ago when the last season went off the air?
Anyways, just a thought and that's why I mentioned a box set with fabric shirts and belts, I think people would enjoy having the trainers in training gear and/or ring gear and i think children would get a kick out of setting up their own 'Tough Enough'... and if it gets picked up for subsequent seasons all the more reason.
I can understand your point, by the time it's produced who's going to want any of the no-name contestants? That's why it's just a discussion, sir.

To my recollection there were multiple posts for figures of tough enough way back when. Mostly made my 12 year olds most likely.
It sounds cool... But only for a MAJOR collector. So it would be an online deal only.

I would love the idea of a Bill Demott figure but I doubt that would take off in today's economy. Mattel granted has made some great figures for collectors but that is not their big seller.

I still don't see why you have to call anyone who asks for it a 12 year old. tool

Luke looks like a Randy orton clone to me. Just not as built. Usually most of them get fcw contracts so if any make it they will have figs down the line.

Chances are slim considering that the only tough enough alumni to ever get figures (from what I recall) have been maven, boogeyman, Morrison and the miz. That's not including Jake, hawk, Jackie and Linda miles who all got one of a kind figs.

nah. we'll get an andy sooner or later (stress the later). Booker will come eventually, as will a trish (eventual Royal Rumble 2011 and WM 27 sets respectively). Andy might come with a DeMott in a 2 pack, which i'd buy. um... luke? nah. another Austin? it'd sell, but it'd be too much like his DM 4 figure. between DM 4, Legends 1 and WMH1, all the Austins you could ask for have been made... maybe one in jean shorts?
i don't know though, i mean, i could be wrong, but i really don't see a Tough Enough series. i don't think the ratings were all that great for it. and with NXT, we only eventually got them AFTER they debuted on Raw (Nexus) and not in a series like i would have loved. so yeah, no.

Bill Demott/Hugh Morrus never had a figure when he was an active wrestler from Toy Biz or Jakks. I doubt he will get one now.

All with removable gear and ring gear underneath. I think to make it sell they would have to go all out and do the removable clothing. I think Austin, Trish, and Booker alone could sell the set.

Ziggler was on Tough Enough? He forgot Melina. Ziggler was on season 4 with Miz I honestly had no idea, that's funny. Thanks for the info.
