Sorry if this is in the wrong place. After I place an order on ringside I get a confirmation email but for some reason I don't receive an email letting me know my order has been shipped. I always used to get the email before (shipping confirmation) but last 3-4 orders I get nothing.
I checked my email settings and my junk mail and there doesn't seem to be a problem there. I contacted RS customer service and they informed me that these emails are being sent.
Any1 else having the same issue or know of a solution? It's getting frustrating!

I have the same problem. If I hear that everyone else is getting their shipment notifications, I contacting them asking why I didn't get one and they just send it then. It's nice and all, but I want to know why I don't get it automatically like everyone else.

I have a hard time answering this one. E-Mail notifications are sent out all the time and 99% of customers get them and every once in a while there are issues like this. Of course we tell you to check your spam folders but I know it can be frustrating going in and seeing nothing there. My best advice would be make sure your e-mail address is EXACTLY right when placing an order.
Even a blank space can throw it off. There is really no reason an exactly correct e-mail address should not be getting notifications sent. Sorry about the pain in the neck situation, brother.

Idk y I used to get them and now they just stopped. I log into my account place and order and thats that. Weird.

try adding "cs@ringsidecollectibles.net" as a contact, I dont know if this will help, but yahoo shows notifications when you get emails from people saved as contacts.
