well its been a good run.
From Jakks debut RA figures to the more recent Mattel Figure Line
I have almost 500 Figures.
Alot of Classics, Legends, Ra's Basic, Eltes, Rocky
Was wondering what you think a collection with accesories, never played with would go for?

Do you have the Clubber Lang in Boxing Gear or the ECW Snitsky by any chance?

You should probably list the ones that fetch the most money by itself and then sell the ones nobody wants in a big lot.

I agree, it will be VERY difficult to sell the entire collection to one person for the price you want, I think. You can always toss some pictures up in classifieds and see what people offer.

If I were you, I would make sure you really want to do this. If you do or have to whatever the reason may be, sell the hard to find figures first. This is where the bulk of you money is going to come from even if the figure has depreciated in value over time. I would then sell individually or offer small groupings for a lump sum of whatever you find agreeable or fair.

MOC figures take awhile to sell, selling in lots ofabout 25 loose will get you around $110 per lot. My advice would be to not sell your whole collection, I mean, dropping that much money to just get rid of them doesn't make much sense. This seems to happen alot with MOC collecting, you get a massive collection that takes up a bunch of space and then theres nothing to do with it once the thrill of collecting is gone. Having sold my collection a few times, I would say keep your favorites and sell the rest, that way in the long run, you still have the ones that actually mattered.

Make sure this is what you want to do. On more than one occasion I have sold my toys and then regretted it years later. I have spent more money trying to get toys back than what I made selling them. Just really think it over before doing it.

Keep the ones you really want! That's my advice to you.
I'm selling much of my collection, too, because I want to downsize and focus on Elite figures. My idea is condensing my most-wanted Jakks RA's into one shoebox (4 rows stacked 4 high, 16 total figures) and I'm selling the rest on the classifieds how others have mentioned with the most valuable selling for the highest and then the "leftover" general figures going in larger lots at about $3-5/figure. Make sure your price is agreeable, don't screw yourself too bad because a lot of people will try and screw you. You'll lose money selling used figures, but make sure get some decent money back.

A couple years ago I sold my entire Jakks collection - BCA, TTL, R3, RA, CS via eBay in lots all starting at $.99. I made a lot that way, but not all of my money back. That was before Mattel. These days RA / CS are dirt cheap especially loose. AD1 Jeff Hardy isn't even selling.

Place it on eBay in well thought-out lots.

Same with me, I had elites 1-9 moc, but I decided to open them because they take up so much room. Now I only keep my fav 5 wrestlers moc, Cena, hbk, miz, jomo, sheamus, orton.
