my biggest problem is I need to see the item before I buy it. I don't want to pay for something only to get it with a sloppy paint job. I'm with you on this. I've already experienced ordering online and getting figures with sloppy paint jobs/paint chips, etc. And I can't really justify spending 15 bucks on basics, 20 or more on elites just so I can have my figures displayed a month or two earlier. I understand you have to spend time and gas going around looking for them, but that's the thrill of it all. And besides, I don't really go on figure hunts anymore. If there's a Target or TRU close by and I have time, I'll take a look around.

Living in Canada is even worse!! We don't ever get anything here. We had Basic Series 4 and then it went to Basic Series 7, and now I have seen 8 recently. No Elites anymore, and when we did get Elites it was just 2 guys from each series. It's so dumb. I will always get my figures off of Ringside cause at least I am getting the figure even if I do have to pay that 20 dollars on shipping, it's still worth it!!

I really envy those that find everything they need at retail. If I only bought what was in stores around here I would have a pretty poor looking collection. Agreed. The stores around me seem to not restock at all.

I've never bought from RSC. I've found every figure I've wanted from my local retail stores, and I'm happy to know that I didn't spend extra money for a figure that I can just wait for in stores. This, the prices aren't the problem, It's the shipping that kills me ($9.05).So i can just wait to they hit stores as i always find what i need. Yes, but doesnt it cost around the same price in gas to go to the store to find the figs?

It's the driving around part that kills me, especially with gas prices high again. I love hunting, but also love having figures a few weeks or even months earlier without having to waste all that time and gas. I've got no problem using RSC and other online retailers when the price is just a few dollars over retail. If it's too much for my blood (Elite 9 Zach Ryder), then I'll wait. No biggie, even though it sucks having to wait a couple of months. Elite 8 just hit my local Targets and a Walmart. Legends 5 still hasn't shown up on Lafayette pegs.

Retail for me lately has been lacking, and plus I like the variety RSC has, the frequent sales and fast shipping.

I got a great job so I don't mind spending that extra money on getting my figs instead of waiting and driving around stores. My girl would kill me if I spent all that time looking for toys.

RSC is totally the way to go. If u preorder and use the discount code, most of the time it's the same price as the store (I'm talking if u order a whole set)
And even in instances that RSC is a bit more money, you are getting your figures delivered to your door MONTHS before they are seen at retail. No hunting. No aggravation.
I've had Elite 9 For about 4 weeks now. Pre ORDER from RSC.
Elite 8 just came out locally by me. LoL. I skipped on E 10 for now but if I didn't, I'd be 2 series ahead of retail. Thanx to rsc!

RSC is my only hope for new figures, it's great getting them early. My retail stores are about a good 45 minute drive away and are way behind in stock, my Wal-Mart just got in Elite 8 a few weeks ago

Ringside is great for pre orders, specially if you're grabbing a whole set. but dropping 30+ on a figure that will be at least half that at retail just doesn't sit right with me. its not that i don't have the money its just knowing that if i wait it out a month or so either stores or ebay will be flooded with that figure for half the cost.

I don't usually order from RSC b/c i have found almost if not everything at retail so far. Also if i want one or two figures its not really worth it since RSC sometimes hikes those prices up.

I don't buy a lit from rsc cuz of the shipping prices. They're ridiculous unless u live on the east coast.

Ringside is only good if you want the entire set. I very rarely order an entire set of figures these days. I think the closest I was to buying an entire set was Legends 3 and I didn't even get the entire set I got everyone except for Duggan. I refuse to pay $35-$50 on one figure just because it's rare at the moment. Sheamus during Christmas time was going for $50. Now TRU.com has them sitting there. Sure it's months later but still an even better Sheamus came out in Elite 8. I simply can't afford Ringside's prices when I only want one or two figures out of the set. Even if I could afford it, I wouldn't buy it because I can't justify spending $35 on one figure.

I don't order from RSX because I have no desire to pay 3x retail price (which is already very high), not to mention my moral boycott of their site

I've had Elite 9 For about 4 weeks now. Pre ORDER from RSC. So have I. And I bought my Miz in a store, bought the others on ebay at retail price. Every Toys R Us here still has a few Randy Ortons left.

It depends, if I have to have it or its an exclusive I will order it. A lot of the time I will wait for them to hit retail, I pick them up at cost. Plus I am lucky in the fact between my house, my daughters day care and my work I go by 5 wal marts, 3 targets, 1 Toys R Us so it may be 3-4 months behind RSC but I find what I want and don't pay shipping ($8-$9 per figure on RSC)

Honestly, some I will order because I know they will be grabbed up by the kids (miz for example) but some I dont because i like the hunt. The searching for new figures and the ups and downs of finding the right line up but not the fig you want. Its alot of fun for me.

Well as a diva/knockout collector I think it's VERY easy to see why I haven't ordered from ringside in some time. I'm not going to pay $30 + for figures that are said to "not sell well" Not knocking RS for doing but I'm not going to spend that kind of money on one figure.
