I loved Columbo, he was great in that. 83 years old isn't a bad age at all.

I never heard of him You must be extremely young or live under a rock if you have never heard of Columbo! R.I.P.

Never a fan of Columbo, but I loved his performance as the Grandfather from the Princess Bride. That's my favorite movie. Shame he's gone.

Sadly, he was making headlines on TMZ for the past few years. He had dementia and Alzheimer's for a few years before finally passing.
Quite sad, but at least he's not suffering anymore.

Freaky. My mom was telling me earlier she had a feeling an actor was gonna pass away today.
RIP Calumbo

All I really knew him from was Corky Romano as "Pops". He was really funny. "You're leaning on air tube a**hole..." But I will try and see other works of his.

My Grandma and I would always watch Columbo together. An absolutely fantastic actor. He will be missed.

Peter Falk was amazing. Murder by Death is one of my favorite movies. Not to mention the obvious, like Columbo.
He wasn't your typical star, but he was one of the biggest. There will never be another like him.
