What would have happened if WWE would have stayed with Jakks, and, for some reason, Mattel signed with TNA?

Then I'd have a pretty damn good AJ Styles displayed on my computer desk.

I was thinking that WWE would have had 10 repaint sets come out and by 2015 we would have Nexus. TNA legends would be cool, we still could have New Japan guys hopefully, and an awesome six sided esr.

Interesting topic. I would have probably faded out of collecting because the most of 2010 Jakks was complete 5hit

mattel would already have out a 1990 HULK HOGAN in the yellow and red from his new japan tours..
but on the gloom side, our evan bourne would be the same size as sheamus.. probably same skin tone as well!!

I probably wouldn't be collecting anymore. There was a point where I started getting rid of all my Jakks CS figures (except Ultimate Warrior, Hawk, and a VERY select few others.) I actually stopped coming on the boards and forgot my old account information. One day I decided to come back to the boards just to check things out and saw Mattel was taking over, so I made a new account and now I'm collecting Legends. Mattel's quality is just unbelievable compared to the crap Jakks put out. So in short, I most likely wouldn't be collecting anymore.

Hell would have frozen over because I doubt TNA was even on Mattel's radar.

I would never have gotten back into collecting. But I probably would have picked up a few TNA figs because of how cool they would look

Hell would have frozen over because I doubt TNA was even on Mattel's radar. I agree with this statement. Mattel wouldn't have had any interest in the TNA brand. It doesn't have near the domestic or global audience that WWE has.

Then TNA would be delivering some awesome figures. Exactly. WWE made a great choice going with Mattel.

Then we never had never known how a Randy Orton looks as a Mattel fig. No, to be in real, it's good that this didn't happened! Mattel does a great job! As Mattel start to do WWE figs, I was very angry. At this time I loved the Jakks WWE figs and I hated the Mattels. But at the end of 2010 I realized that Mattel is really better than Jakks. We're getting high detailed figs, and, the best, we're getting accessories to any fig. We're getting Defining Moments who are such beautiful. And, maybe, we had never seen a Macho Man Randy Savage fig, what had been very bad! I'm happy that WWE did the right choice with chosing Mattel. TNA doesn't get so beautiful figs like WWE gets!

What would have happened if WWE would have stayed with Jakks, and, for some reason, Mattel signed with TNA? 1. Ric Flair wouldn't be busting his head open every week on TNA (or at all). TNA would have to be family-friendly instead of a poor rehash of the attitude era. 2. WWE figures would suck. 3. TNA figures would be awesome. 4. The Jakks WWE figures would still outsell the Mattel TNA figures thousands of times over. 5. Mattel probably would've dropped the TNA line by now because the sales wouldn't support it.
