50/50.
Not bad. Not great, but not bad. On another note, they shouldn't bother naming Seth Rogen's character - he's always the same.

The Matrix Reloaded.
Last weekend I watched the original Matrix for the first time in like 15 years. I enjoyed it alot. Enough so that I went and got the sequel to see how they expanded on this idea and this story. I was quite looking forward to watching it.
I just finished it, and I gotta say I was let down. The magic of the first was not recaptured here and the second.. I was enjoying it until about mid way through the 2nd act. This movie just takes ideas from the first movie and instead of expanding on story, expands on concepts. One badass agent? Here's hundreds of bad ass agents. One matrix? Nope, we've done this 6 times..
What bothered me the most is how in the first Morpheus was a strong leader and almost Moses type.. Trying to lead his people to the promised land. In this sequel that make him seem like a respected pilot instead. At times he's questioned, and he seems more like a radical.
Maybe I got this wrong. But I just didn't enjoy it as much.. Dunno if I'll watch the third.

Finally got around to seeing Captain America: The Winter Soldier. How I managed to not see a movie this good, despite many people telling me how good it is, for so long is beyond me. Pumped for Civil War!!

A documentary called 'Blood, Sweat and Vinyl', which is about independent record labels in North America like Hydra Head, Constellation and Neurot.
Fascinating.

Mockingjay Part 2. Was eh. Mum wanted to see it and it was Mother's Day so I went with it. Natalie Dormer is the only real reason to like that movie.

Civil War - 10/10 The most fun I've had at the theater since The Dark Knight. Spiderman, Giant Man and Black Panther = me marking the out. Everyone did great. Will probably go see again tomorrow.

10 Things I Hate About You. Now I know I'm getting ing old because when I used to watch this movie, everyone seemed so much older. Now they look like babies in that movie. RIP childhood. I hardly appreciated thee until adulthood bent me over.

Straight Outta Compton.
Fascinating biopic. Stellar performances from the actors portraying Eazy-E, Dr Dre and Ice Cube.

Just finished watching The Hateful Eight. The first half seems slower the second time around but the second half is still great and classic Tarantino.
