I'm thinking about picking up the Legends 2 Rick Rude from my Target since they are on clearance at the moment for $7.44. I really like the figure and the tights he has, but I have a small concern regarding the robe. For those who have the Rude, does the robe stain the figure? I'm a bit skeptical since this is a problem that some Mattel figures have experienced in the past. Perfect examples of this occurring are on Nikolai Volkoff, Ricky Steamboat, and Elite Christian.

Not sure about others, but personally my Rude did not get stained.

My Rude is fine as well. Steamboat and Rick Martel were the two figures I had serious staining problems with so far, but my Rude was great.

mine was fine... seems that red clothing was the biggest culprit of the staining issues...

My Rude was fine.
The staining would not deter me from getting a figure especially at that price.
The Rick Rude is a great figure and you can get the staining off easy.
Dont see what the huge deal is....

Mine did not have any stains. The figures I got that had stains had jackets like Nikolai Volkoff,Vladimir Kozlov,Ricky Steamboat. Never had a problem with robes just jackets.

As long as you aren't keeping your air jacked up at like 75 degrees ALL DAY, you shouldn't have any issues with stains. It's the heat that causes the stains.

Only stained figures I have are Christian, Nikolai Volkoff, Ricky Steamboat & Zach Ryder.
