Jason Sensation, for those of you who don't remember him, is a wrestler who used to work with the WWF for a number of years. He does imitations. You may remember the WWF SmackDown! commercial he did where he imitated Chris Jericho. Or the more famous Owen Hart imitation where he mentions how big 'his damn nose' is.
Regardless, Jason Sensation has many imitations and impressions on YouTube and recently he's started writing a 'tell-all' book about the world of professional wrestling. One of the stories he's recently broken is that Vince McMahon and Vince Russo are still working together to monopolize professional wrestling, and they have been since 1999.
He claims that Russo went into WCW and was paid by McMahon to help sabotage it, and is doing the same in TNA beneath Jarrett and Carter's noses.
What do you think? Do you think it's true? If so what do you think should happen? Or do you think it's a case of Jason Misinformation?

Not impossible to see happening. Highly doubt it tho. On one hand how in the world would you take Russo onto your creative team after his debacle in wcw is beyond me.

It's wrestling...Nobody knows anything. It could be true...It could not be true.
I mean...If you think about ECW...Vince was feeding money to them. He bought WCW....TNA?

Obviously, he's just trying to get his name big because he's selling a book. Just blatant advertisement and repeating himself over and over again.
Sorta lame.
Although, he's a cook guy.

Its very possible. The Vince Russo Sabotaging WCW rumors have been around since 2000.

If you think about it, it has to be true. WCW was killing WWE, then after Russo gets there it quickly begins to die and is sold to WWE. TNA used to be great but the last few years it's basically a new version of WCW. It's cluttered with former WWE talent with nothing being done with them. The use WWE to further their storylines. When Jeff Hardy was in TNA the first time he was pushed in the main event but never held the title. He wins 3 World titles in WWE and then TNA want to give him a World title run. Same with CM Punk, Anderson and Mickie James all were hardly used before they made their WWE debut. I think Russo has a lot to do with it.

I'VE KNOWN IT ALL ALONG.
Shocker can vouch for me.
...I also thought that our own Gussy was actually Russo in disguise, but that has yet to be proven.

WCW was already losing viewers by 99. They brought him in hoping he could turn things around, and although he did try and push people to the top, they were absolutely terrible (Kidman vs Hogan) Pretty much everything then went downhill with lame character (David Flair/Crowbar/Dafney) and just boring, uninteresting talent were pushed and they'd copy WWE constantly.

In all seriousness though, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if this was true. In fact, I'd be more surprised if it wasn't.

To think about it, TNA, IMO, has completely sucked since Russo came in. Around No Surrender with LAX and Christopher Daniels & AJ Styles in the Ultimate X match. That's the last PPV i remember watching for TNA and saying wow, that was great.

Eh, though I think TNA was in its prime circa 2005-2007 or so, it was getting bad before Russo arrived, from what I recall. Also, even when TNA was great, I don't think it was a true threat or worth Vince paying someone to sabotage it. Besides that, if this was true, someone would have said it earlier.
