I don't think there's going to be a huge following for the WWE Legends like there is for He-Man and DC. i would think wwe would be more popular than both of them combined

I have an Ecto-1 subscription and here is the skinny.
Your card is charged every time a figure is released. You have it mailed to you on a bi-monthly basis. You are guaranteed the figure because you buy it ahead of the release date. You do nothing else but wait for it to show up.
The Eternia and Ecto subscriptions included a free (the cost of the subscription) subscription only figure. In my case, I got a special "Marshmallow Mess" Ray figure, a figure that wasn't available to anyone not in the club.
Also, both the Eternia and Ecto clubs started 1 year after the first figures appeared for sale on Mattycollector.com. They judge the need for a club based on how well they sell throughout the year.
Hope that helps.

Seems like a fair gamble to take if you're guaranteed things you do want, and an exclusive on top of that.

Yeah...but weren't they selling the Undertaker figs for like $35 each? Or was that just what everyone was charging for them after they sold out? I don't remember anymore. It was $25 for Taker + Shipping and mine came out to $36 and some change. And he was sold out within 2 days I think. I'm sure there will be a subscription, but I'm not willing to spend $20 + (more likely $30) on a membership and then another $35 for each figure to risk getting Doink, DDP & Vega. Because all three are figures I would never buy if given the choice. So unless they announce who won the poll before they offer the subscription I'll be passing on any subscription. Unless 4 of the 5 aren't those three. I can live with getting stuck having to buy one of them, but not all three of them. And hopefully it would be DDP, because even though I thought he had very limited ring skills I did think he was good on the mic....while the other two had nothing I found entertaining. it took over 2 weeks to sell out. i remember checking every day. i thought it was going to sell out really quick but i was wrong. i remember seeing "almost gone" on the listing and it still took another week to sell out. i dont think many people knew about matty. com..im sure more people are aware of it now
