Maybe it's just me, since I only display my figures, but I think the molded shirts look a whole lot better than the cloth ones.
When you get down to a scale as small as Mattel's WWE figures, it's really hard for cloth to look realistic. If we were dealing with high-end, 1:6 figures like the ones Hot Toys produces, cloth would be ideal, but for wrestling figures, clothing looks the best when it's sculpted, as evidenced by the entrance gear that came with elite Goldust, Regal, Edge, and Finlay. I always thought molded t-shirts would be ideal, as ironically, in this scale, only sculpted plastic can emulate the way real clothing would fit and hold that much detail.
I guess what it will really come down to is how easily to put on and take off they are, and whether or not the vinyl is prone to tearing.

I like the idea myself, like you said they look better then the cloth shirts, plus lowers the chance of staining. But i also display my figures so movement isn't a big deal to me.

I like them. I only display so it works for me.
I just hope they have a few different molds for different styles. Cena's shirt should be baggy, while Orton & Triple H should have a tighter shirt mold.

They look alright. I don't hate them, but I prefer the cloth shirts.

I like the Orton one. Much clearer logo, no frayed edges, won't roll up, and has a design on the back. I just hope they have a few different molds for different styles. Cena's shirt should be baggy, while Orton & Triple H should have a tighter shirt mold. Yup. One of my main annoyances with the Mattel shirts is they aren't sized accurately. The elite 3 or 7 Cena shirt (I can't remember which) is the tightest Mattel figure shirt, for some reason.

I'll have to wait until I get my hands on one to know for sure. Other than a few exceptions, I don't display with the shirts on, so it's ultimately not an issue for me anyway. I think the ones for Rey make sense.

The only reason I don't like them is the figures can't move in them, so if you wanted to pose that Orton you couldn't. The Rey one is fine like that. There is no posing issues at all.

I love the rubber shirts. They look more realistic IMO and Mattel can sculpt more detail in them. We also get back logos which is another plus. I liked the cloth shirts but I personally hope they make a permanent move to rubber shirts.

No absolutely not! Bill said costs are getting too high for cloth shirts. Thats bs. How much more can we pay? I'm sure it costs them no where near the $20-$30 we pay for figs so stop being cheap.

I hate the the Orton one. I'm really disappointed because the rubber shirts look so fake and will restrict movement. Reys cut off shirt is ok and crazy detail like Reagls robe i understand in rubber but full shirts should be cloth.

I remember a BCA Vince McMahon with a removable suit. It had pegs on one side and holes on the other and fit around him like the bread on a sandwich. I think the tee shirts should be made like that.

Rey's shirt is ok but I don't like them on Orton, Cena, ETC. Shirts are made of cloth, come on!

Rey's shirt is ok but I don't like them on Orton, Cena, ETC. Shirts are made of cloth, come on! Trunks are made of spandex, come on! Boots, tights, hair, bodies etc of figures aren't made of the same material as those things in real life, why do the shirts have to be?

Both have pros and cons IMO. They don't bother me incredibly... Not nearly as much as most people are bothered by them. That being said, I can understand the restriction of movement complaint.
