Hey everyone, Well, some of you guys know that the other day I bought an Elite 9 Miz and it was "defective" . The waist was totally stuck together and wouldn't budge at all. After I tried and tried I think I made the Ab joint loose in the process . Anyway, I kinda got fed-up and let the good folks at Mattel know. I actually got in contact with member bkbrawler on here. He's part of the Mattel design team (extremely cool guy too). Anyway, without hesitation, he told me to hang tight and he'd send me a new one. It only took three days for me to get my replacement and the figure was just fine. They packaged it really well and when I opened the actual box to grab the figure tons of protective paper was in the way. I had to move all the paper to get to the actual figure haha. So once I had all the paper out and I had the MOC Miz in hand I noticed something at the bottom of the box. They sent me two free SDCC Rey Mysterio Rumblers (still in the bag)! I hadn't gotten a chance to start a Rumbler collection but now I think I am . Anyway, I just thought that was really cool of them to do. Let that go to show you that Mattel really does go the extra mile for the consumers. So thanks again Mattel! Sorry for no pictures. My little brother took my camera because he went to the water slides with his friends for his buddies birthday .

I'm really new to Mattel, but since joining this forum and finding figures in the shop (we don't get many here) I've realised how much better they are. I was loyal to Jakks for so many years, but my Elite 10 Kane changed all of that. So big thanks to Mattel!
It was really cool AWESOME of them to replace your Miz for you ;D

Awesome story. I myself just got a SDCC Rey Rumbler in the mail yesterday and now I'm contemplating a Rumbler collection. This little figure is so freakin cool! I want to open it but know I should keep it in the packaging as it looks better that way.
By the way if you dont want the old miz I'll paypal you the shipping cost and you can send it to me!

Guys, I will be periodically, randomly, whenever I'm inspired, be recognizing cool people on this site with what ever I feel like sending them. I will not respond to any PM's requesting anything. (as a matter of fact, if you ask, you probably will not be considered). This is something the design team is doing in response to people who we feel are a positive influence on the site and Mattel WWE figure collecting. The appropriate place to contact Mattel regarding specific problems with product and requests for replacements or vouchers is customer service. Thanks for your understanding, Bill

Why is it earlier in this post you could spell fine, and now you're spelling like a moron again. Shut up and leave the forum.

Quit typing stuff. You're annoying as hell, and just doing it for attention. Your earlier post where you speleld everything right shows you're just a troll. So go back to playing with your nine year old friends, and leave us adults alone.
