This might sound stupid to some people but how do you do a head swap?
I want to put the summer slam heritage Triple H head on the elite 2 body.

Boil up some water, put the head in for a minute or two and just pull it off. Then put it on the other body before it cools down.

It's so easy to do... I was worried the first time but once the hot water softens the plastic just pull the head back from the chin and off it pops.

Space heaters work great as well just put the figure in front of it for about a minute or so.

Does anyone know of the best way to remove knee pads? I'm guessing you have to remove the boot... will the hot water and pull technique work to remove boots also? Thanks

hot water works the same for arms, boots, hands (be careful though, you have to let the hand cool off - put in the freezer - then reheat the wrist because the pegs are pretty thin).
with some of the kneepads(particularly those with the kicker boots that continue past the boot onto the leg mold (a la Punk, Kidd, Miz etc) i've found it's easier to disjoint the knee. hot water also works, but it's a little tricky to get them back together - get a pair of pliers. and practice practice pracice.

Remember, heating these figures up will release toxins. Make sure you are working in a ventilated area or outside.
