Didn't see this posted.
Sydney-based development studio Team Bondi, the company behind L.A. Noire, has been placed into administration.
The appointment comes after a rough few months for the studio, which has been rocked by allegations of unsatisfactory working conditions and claims Rockstar was unlikely to publish the developer's next game. Complaints from former employees who were not acknowledged in the credits of the company's blockbuster debut game compounded things further.
According to SmartCompany documents filed with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission indicate Team Bondi went into external administration on August 30.
The appointment comes just weeks after the business was rumoured to be selling assets and non-L.A. Noire intellectual property to filmmaker George Miller's studio KMM.
A source close to the company has indicated to us that, after a deal for the studio's next game fell through, employees of Team Bondi have been folded into KMM and its Dr D Studio division and that they are currently assisting with Happy Feet Two.
We will continue to follow this story and update you as more information becomes available.

This was reported a while ago.
I'm not blaming you or anything, I know IGN just put it up, but I knew about this a while ago.

Never heard it, so it's news to me.
That really sucks for big LA Noire players. No more DLC sounds awful

I found LA Noir one weird ing game on one hand I really enjoyed the story and the characters and the whole world the game was set it. The story had me hooked wanting to play just a little more to find what was gong to happen next, but the gameplay was pretty damn boring after a while but I could not stop playing just to get the next cut sceene.

Adored L.A. Noire. I'm sure we'll probably see a sequel eventually as Rockstar owns the IP.

I have been playing L.A Noire quite a bit since I got it August 24th, I have adored it so far and I am sad to hear this.

*Spoiler Alert if you haven't completed Red Dead Redemption or LA Noire* I admit it gets a bit boring when you cant get your gun out and shot people but it was a really compelling story and i kind of got lost sometimes :X But a trend im seeing which i dont like is that all the protagonists from RDR and L.A Noire have died. Idk if its just a way for Rockstar to get out of making a sequal but its pretty annoying and predictable now that i've played them both.

Yeah, I got bored shortly after Vice. The storyline was the only thing that kept me going.

Rockstar only published the game so it was ultimately the guys in Team Bondi making that storyline decision. RDR is the only Rockstar game that I'm familiar with where that happens to the main character.

The game was interesting and the facial technology they used was impressive, but I was quite bored with it after about 2-3 hours. I rarely do not finish a game because I am bored with it, but that was the case with this one.
