hi
just curious if anyone notice that in some elite figure there is a little space in the ankle and make the ankle a lil bit unstable
but I found this very seldom in basic figure

My Elite Zack Ryder does the same thing, it took forever to balance him.

They are designed differently than the Basics, because the Elite ankles need a great range of motion to hold the extra poses. The Elite ankles need to go farther forwards & backwards plus pivot sideways so that's why the space is needed

Some of them look fine, other times they really botch it horribly. I hate when there is a giant gap between the ball joint and the foot, it looks terrible.

I've tried the glue thing people suggest but it never helps.

Some of the elites I have tend to fall over because of the ankles. The Terry Funk figure stands out to me.

Bill from Mattel, if u are reading this, this is a huge design flaw.
I have had so many Elites from Sheamus to DX HHH with loose ankles because of this problem!
Go fix the problem with ur China factories.

I've only had this problem with figures with laced boots, Triple H, Orton, Sheamus etc, and also E3 Cena.

I don't have any Elite styled figure (Legends/DM/Elites/All-Stars) that the figure can't hold their pose/stand because of their ankles. This is such a none issue to me...I've had a bigger issued with figures having fused hips. (at least 15 had fused hips with 2 being unfixable)

Some of the elites I have tend to fall over because of the ankles. The Terry Funk figure stands out to me. My Terry Funk does the same thing! Every time I turn around he's just laying down on the job. He's the only one I have that suffers from this lose ankle problem.

I don't think it's a design flaw. More like sh@t happens. The ankles are an occasional problem. But I've never seen a perfect toyline.
