I would LOVE to have a Curt Hennig in his West Texas Rednecks style. Preferably in his outfit from the 'Rap Is Crap' music video.
Blue jeans, Black hat with the silver bits on top, Cowboy Boots, Leather fringe Gloves, Blue button down shirt and Oversized belt buckle are must haves.
Even if it is only a limited edition or an exclusive I would be willing to shell $100+ for it and consider it money well spent. Especially if the clothing is well done, made of fabric and removeable or at least make the shirt where you can unbutton the top couple of buttons.

You could probably get a great custom one for $100, but it's not the sort of thing that'd be popular enough even for a limited edition figure.
Custom formula idea: Legends 3 Mr Perfect head Defining Moments Stone Cold body with repainted boots Custom figure shirt Possibly, Entrance Greats Undertaker hands painted yellow Repainted Elite Shawn Michaels hat

I respectfully disagree with you. Sure Mr. Perfect was Curt's most popular gimmick but I don't see why he wouldn't sell well in his other forms. Curt had 3 figures in the CS Jakks line and 1 in the Mattel legends line. Obviously he sells well. I mean look at other wrestlers who have gotten figures made of their less popular gimmicks or even just the same figure with a million different paint changes. A WTR Curt Hennig would sell just fine.

Thank you for trying to suggest something though. I am thinking of making a WTR outfit for one of my Mr. Perfect figures just to show how good it would look.

Legends 3 didn't sell well at all, besides The Rock. The days of Classics being big sellers are over. If Mattel made more Curt Hennigs, I think it'd be another Mr Perfect rather than a WCW figure.
Yeah you could just put a complete outfit on a Mr Perfect figure. I hate cloth pants on figures of this size though, that's why if I wanted a Rap Is Crap Curt, I'd have to put the Austin legs on him.

Well if the CS series sold fine and the Mattel version of Mr. Perfect didn't then it is either due to a poor design of the figure ( Which is not the case. Trying to hunt the figure down right now actually since the stores in my area are all sold out. ) or it is due to collectors not needing the figure because they already have an example of that character in their collection and don't see a reason to buy the new one which could be the case. If they mixed it up and did a design that wasn't just another Mr. Perfect then I think it would sell better than the first one since there is not a modern and easily poseable version of a WCW Curt Hennig. I sew for fun so I think I can make a decent pair of pants for the figure. However I can't quite think of what to use for the silver things on his hat or his belt buckle.
