It paused in the air, and it was awkward, and stiff, put the arms behind the back before you do the chest thing.

The movements are there, the flip needs to be a bit smoother, it seems a bit stop-starty as if he freezes for a frame 3 or so time during the ani, its smooth but he jumps too far and the bounce really is horrible id work on what i just said
