They're rubber. And yeah, they seem to stay securely on. Once they're in place you really don't even notice that they're not painted on like the rest.

They are made of rubber and they stay in place depending on the size of the arm. It stays good on Punk and Barrett but it's loose on someone like Orton. On Rey it falls right off. I personally love the armbands tho. They definitely do what they are meant to do.

It's really nicely done! The one thing I noticed was that when I put it on Cena's arm, it really gave it a stretch, just concerned with the larger arms that you might want to be careful so the band doesn't snap.

i agree with hierosis once there on they look part of the figure, mine needed a fair bit of strectching to get it over barrets elbow pad
