For me, I will say my Ricky Steamboat Collection which includes posters, the ljn set:The big fig, thumb, bendie and stretch, autographs, cards, and the mattel new stuff.
I have a lot wrestling stuff but he is my hero so I value that stuff above the rest.

My adult replica million dollar belt, my hand signed Bret Hart autobiography & my loose hasbro Hulk Hogan mailaway. That million dollar belt is awesome. I am a big hitman fan too so that signed autobiography is also sweet.

if we're talking figures, then I'd say these (coincidentally they were all made by toybiz):
Batman (1989) - Batman [Keaton Head Version] (loose) This was my first ever action figure, got it for my birthday when I was a kid. I've lost the cape and the bat-symbol has completely worn-off. But all the parts are still intact and the bat-rope-belt action thing still works. While technically it's not a patch on most modern figures, it's still a fairly nice piece and the likeness is pretty good on this version (FYI there were 3 headsculpt variants). Batman has always been my favorite superhero, I played with this figure a lot, and this figure was the start of my favorite hobby - collecting action figures. I also really like the 1989 Batman movie, even though I wasn't actually allowed to see the film until many years after I got the figure. Out of the three figures I'm listing here, this is the only one which is actually the original one I bought and used as a kid.
WCW Smash 'N' Slam - Sting [Wolfpac Version] (MOC) Though not technically, I count this as my first ever wrestling figure. Technically I bought about 5-10 WWF Hasbros before this, but I mainly used them as henchmen for my superhero figures. Although I became a big wrestling fan in the mid-90s I didn't bother collecting the OSFTM or Jakks BCA figures, I just wasn't impressed with their playability and realism I guess. So it wasn't until I saw the toybiz Sting that I started a proper wrestling figure collection. The figure was made back when WCW was riding high, plus Sting is one of my favorite wrestlers, and it's a great figure in itself too. My original figure ended up scratched and loose from playing with it so much, gave it to charity years ago. I recently got it again, MOC, to display (my first ever figure I've kept MOC). The packaging is pretty nice too.
WCW Smash 'N' Slam - Hollywood Hogan [Dark Skintone NWO Version] (MOC) This was the 3rd or 4th wrestling figure I bought. I was a big NWO fan and Hogan was great as a heel. It's a nice figure with some great accessories. Again, my original figure ended up scratched and I think I messed it up in an early customizing attempt too, so I gave it away. Recently picked up a MOC one to display (my second ever figure I've kept MOC). Gonna put it next to my Sting.

It's the only one i kept when i sold my collection. Non figure related it would have to be my Signed Mancheser United tshirt from a 2007 Charity match to celbrate 50 years of Europe and 50 years of Mancester United in Europe. Europe XI v Manchester United. We had VIP seats and got to meet the full team and legends like Bobby Charlton before the game. It was the first time David Beckham had been back to Old Trafford after his move to madrid and he gave a speach that had me in tears about how much he loved the club
