Cash is the best in terms of saving money. If I had to choose a card, I would go with Debit, but the sad thing is, Credit is a lot easier. I hate that most of the sites online won't accept Debit.

Cash, because its safe and you'll always have it, but Credit can lead to something happening to info stolen and you won't know if you have enough in your bank

That's not true at all. I haven't had a credit card for at least 5-6 years and have had no problems buying stuff on line, booking car rentals, hotels, airline tickets,etc.... All of that done on line. Also, debit is the same as cash basically.

I haven't tried buying stuff online THAT much, but when I tried, most of them, asked for credit cards and didn't allow me to pay with debit.

Uh, any site that accept card payments will accept a debit card, it's the exact same thing, that's why your debit card says Visa or Mastercard on it. You must mistaken or very confused.

I haven't found a single site yet that would not take my debit card.

I always use debit unless I know I'm going to a place where I'll need actual cash in hand. I got rid of all of my credit cards about 2 months ago and it's the best thing I could have ever done. I'll never go back to credit, it's evil.

I rather use my card vs use real money. Nothing I hate more then having change making noise in my pocket.

Honestly i in hate cash. When you have all cash you fee like you are rich, and just blow money. Credit or Debit you sometimes think twice.

Thats why I prefer cash. If I go out shopping and I have cash I spend a lot less than if I just use my debit card.

Cash for most things but debit for things that are pretty expensive since I usually have less than $150-200 on me.

A cousin told me about a popular online game that had been selling premium accounts when paying with cards. He said that he tried with a debit card that had money and he found out that they would only accept credit cards. I also remember a while ago being pissed off because I was only able to add funds to PayPal Express with credit cards. I'm not even sure anymore, might just be a confusion like someone already said.

I use Paypal with my debit card linked to it without any problems at all. Don't know what the difference is between Paypal and Paypal express though.

I've never, ever had a credit card, and never will. Debit all the way. I've found that if I have cash on my, knowing full well how much I have, I'll spend it. Or at least be tempted to. With my debit card, I still can ball park how much I have in the account, but I'm less willing to swipe it for anything. If I'm dead set on buying nothing, I'll leave it home.
But about credit, I really do think it's one of the most destructive things there is as far as finances go. My mother in-law talked my wife into getting a credit card at 18, claiming that it's good to build credit at a young age and blah, blah, blah. Four years later, she's several thousand dollars in debt. Not sure why she thought it was a great idea for a broke college freshman to get a credit card.
With a little discipline with saving, you can easily buy what ever you want in cash. Maybe not out right, but I've saved up and at least payed for most of something without having to go to a payment plan/credit option.
