I was wondering what was the hardest figures you guys have ever found. It can include Jakks or Mattel. The hardest for me was the first Jakks Hornswoggle I searched for months and ended up finding him in a Walmart outside of that I really haven't had trouble finding any Mattel figs except E5 Swagger.

To keep this Mattel related, the hardest figure for me to find was probably L5 Macho Man or EG Undertaker. A lot of places around me still have L5, but I only saw Macho Man once and got him, and the only time I saw EG Taker in stores I got him.
As far as Jakks, I remember being super excited when I found CS2P1 Rockers in stores and when I found Ring Giants Ultimate Warrior, because they were both tough to find.
EDIT: 1,000th post ;D

I found Macho in WM when they first put L5 out around me and I skipped him for a week then went back and they had 2 more and I grabbed him.

E9 Ryder was the figure that was the hardest to find for me. That was funny I gave up looking for Ryder and ended up stumbling into him at WM and when I went to pay at the self checkout I put in a $20 and the machine ended up giving me $30 in change.

Yeah I found mine after months of searching at my local Walmart. But I definitely did not get thirty dollars back. Lol

Lol I actually found Miz & Kofi with him but came back and bought them later so I got Ryder and got paid $10 and got my $20 back I wish they didn't fix that machine.

Mattel: Nothing that's actually been released. Jakks: Never saw a Jack Brisco in stores. Only saw the Demolition 3-Pack one time in retail. Luckily I bought it....only to later sell 99% of my Jakks figures.

I had just started collecting Legends & didn't realize how rare it was at the time, but I picked up the Exclusive Hall of Fame Series SCSA at a little K-Mart in Florida while on my honeymoon back in May. I have yet to see a L1 SCSA (much less a HoF one) in stores since then.

I'm tempted to say L3 Rock but I saw him at two different Walmarts so the hardest to find were actually L4 Demolition Ax and Smash. I lucked out at a Big Kmart that had just put up a large WWE display at the front of the store. This was back when L4 first showed up and I grabbed the entire set but never saw Demolition anywhere since then!
