Well its incredibly stiff. You didn't even move Tyson's arms. Here is an idea if your ever stuck. Either watch a video of the move your doing, analyze every movement the wrestler does and use it in your animations. Or Imagine your self doing the move. For example would you imagine yourself doing a moonsault just landing on your arms and damaging them? I think not.

Well coming off what he said, i suggest watching the actual move in slow motion, frame by frame, just to get a good look of how the move flows. Also try watching other animations and see how they move the figures.
