that sucks hope your brother gets better fast, for what its worth, I have 4 sisters(useless info <3) 2 older and 2 younger, 2 of them have(or had i'm never too sure) really bad asthma, and i'm pretty sure my mam was told one of them was going to diea week or 2 after she was born, the other one on the other hand has always had horrible health problems and I have been told there was occasions where she said she was seeing angels coming for her(and i believe this 100% creepy stuff has always been around our family) and she finishes college this year so she turned out grand. I dunno why i felt the need to share this story, maybe just to tell you not to worry, everything will work out in the end ! best of wishes Oh wow. That's just crazy. It's not uncommon for bad things to happen in my family. My oldest brother was going to be pronounced dead sometime after his birth but he came back to life. My 2nd oldest brother swallowed some wood screws when he was young. I used to have really bad asthma. Alot of other bad stuff happened to me/my family but i won't get into too much detail. Gotta remember I'm on the internet.

Great news about you're brother.
When I was born I had hiccups but when I was a few months old I was rushed to mainland Scotland as the doctor's though I had meningitis which is extremely dangerous for babies. It was only measles. Pointless story but as its circle time I have to share. Well it is not circle time but.. ya know.

I am glad the little guy is doing very well. There is always hope, and good things to come.
Until recently, I was not close to my wife's family, so this is more her good day turned bad. Her cousin, the first person in her family to have graduated college, went into labor, and had a beautiful baby girl named Evie. Her cousin died right after the birth from an aneurysm. It was a pretty big blow to their family. It happened the week before Christmas too.
So, be thankful that both your mom and your brother are doing well, it could have always gone worse.
