I've noticed a few people on here mention that they have gotten games on release day from GameFly. I've had GameFly for a few months, mostly to play games I've wanted to go through that are not cheap enough but old enough. I've decided that instead of buying every game I want at the moment (because I'm currently broke) I'll buy two of them and try to get the others through GameFly.
Sonic Generations is coming out November 1st and Modern Warfare 3 and the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection is a week after that. I'm gonna get Sonic from GameFly. I currently have WWE All Stars out from GameFly and I've put Sonic Generations at the number one spot on my GameQ.
I'm gonna send WWE All Stars back the Wednesday before Sonic Generations is supposed to come out but I don't want them to ship out whatever's next on the GameQ if they receive the game on Saturday or Monday.
How do I ensure that I can get it on launch day? Do you remove everything else from your GameQ?

Yeah, just take everything else off and try to send it back as early as possible. I usually try to have an empty slot for about a week before a new release I want. It's worked for me every time for the last three years.

I think its worth it if you use it all the time, however, having it for like 2 years now i find myself having a agame for months at a time and never touching it.

Thanks guys, I cleared my Q. Just to be safe I'm gonna send WWE All Stars back on Tuesday.
And yeah, I believe GameFly is worth it. I haven't kept anything longer than 30 days yet, but I might keep Sonic Generations for that long...there's not a whole lot else I wanna play besides Fable 3 and some games I'm gonna try to pick up as the Holidays get close.
I still buy games that I know I'm going to play online or will replay, but GameFly is for 'not cheap enough/not worth buying' games. The only exception is Sonic Generations, I think it's worth the $50 and it seems like there's a lot of replayability but I don't have the money right now.
