What kind of paint does Mattel use for their figures. Because The acrylic paint that we use to customize scratches fairly easy, where as the paint on the figure is quite hard to scratch.

I read the paint is too dangerous (toxic) for individuals to buy and use. It's only allowed in manufacturing.

so what happens then? it dries and becomes non toxic? sadly this is probably true. we'll all be dead soon lol

so what happens then? it dries and becomes non toxic? sadly this is probably true. we'll all be dead soon lol Yup, it's only toxic when in liquid (?) form. So it's toxic when inhaled into the lungs. But when it's dry, the particles can not be inhaled into your lungs, therefore it's non-toxic when dry.
