Hey everyone, SO, I got MW3 Hardened edition and it comes with elite membership free for 1 year, bonus right? No. When I go onto elite and sign into my profile it tells me i'm not eligible, which means I am underage to use it. Is there any way to change my age, like if one of my parents phoned MicroSoft and gave their consent would they change it? Seems like a waste of 1 years membership imo since I already activated the code. Cheers for all/any help.

I know that I'm asking if there is anyway to change my age on it? The Elite is for 18+ only.

Seems pretty stupid to have it set to 18+, if you have game you should be able to have elite

Well the game is an 18. You can't legally be sold it in a shop, so why would you expect them to allow you to have the extras?

Yes, but they also assume that you're not going to buy the membership unless you're 18; because the game has that certificate. You shouldn't "technically" have the game, so you shouldn't be eligible for any of their age rated content. You could try ringing Microsoft, but I don't think it'll help.

I wouldnt have bothered with the elite, but the GTA IV DLCs weren't age restricted, so I didn't think this would be.
