After deciphering this thread, I believe I have an answer. The "mini" (one foot) long are too big for figures. However, the "micro" (4-5 inches), may fit--but those ones don't look quite right as the scale is just too small for the thickness of the plates and leather straps.

if your on about the mini replica's that wweshop sell then no, they dont fit around a figure, ive seen them worn as cuff braclets, so even a regular sized guys arm is thicker than a mattel figure
