Make replacements if your figure is broken? I just opened one of my Legends Stone Cold figures and one of his legs was really loose so i tried moving it up and it snapped off, Can they do anything about it? i recall members here saying they can give you a voucher? If so how can i go about contacting them about it? any info is appreciated, thanks.

You can try contacting them, hopefully you still have the upc info on the bottom of the box. If so, you should be able to receive a voucher at the least, if not then I don't know.

I would take it back to where you bought it before going to mattel. I bought it from a comic store a while back and they closed down a while ago so that isn't an option.

Contact information is on their website.
Tip: Don't tell them you paid more than retail (if you did), because they will request a receipt (which you probably don't have at this point).

Do i have to provide a UPC code? I don't know what it's called, but there is a number that is imprinted (indented) on the bottom of the box that they will ask you for. They also ask you for the number on the bottom of the figure's foot.

Everything you need to know is on the back of the card (phone # and product #'s) or on the figure itself. (product #'s)

Happened to me in July, I just sent them a letter with a picture and they gave me a rebate, no upc or anything.
