Does anyone still like to watch the original Batman show. I love to watch it when I can find it on TV sure it was corny but it was still a great show IMO.

I loved this show. It taught me how to fight.
I only recently found out that this will never be released on DVD due to the fact that the estates of all the stars & guest stars want too much money. Pity. I loved the colors.
Here's a bit of info- Ever notice when it shows the bad guys, the camera is sometimes tilted to one side? It's to show that the bad guys are "crooked".
Useless facts- I'm full of them.

LMAO! I love how Batgirl is surprised and says "Robin look!" right before Batman even begins to play the flute. This show is okay, and I'm only saying that because I am a biased Batfan, but it is pretty hard to watch sometimes. At least for me anyway.

I bought the movie a while ago (it came with a free bat signal keyring - couldn't resist) and watched it for the first time a couple of months ago with some friends and a good bit of alcohol. One of my favourite memories this year tbh. One scene, perhaps the greatest in cinematic history sees Batman and Robin doomed when they are trapped on a buoy in the middle of the ocean with a torpedo heading straight for them... (cuts to the next scene) Robin: Gosh, Batman. The nobility of the almost-human porpoise. Batman: True, Robin. It was noble of that animal to hurl himself into the path of that final torpedo. He gave his life for ours. PURE ING BRILLIANCE.

I love this show.
My favorite scene is one where the Joker goes to a jewlery store in a cowboy hat. The Jewler of course assumes this is a wealthy Texas Business man, so he shows him lots of fine expensive jewels. And then The joker takes his cowboy hat off and says its a robbery. Only then does the Jewler realize its the dreaded Joker and not a wealthy Texan.

I love this show, but have to be in the right mood. It's one of those "so bad it's good" things. I still get a kick out of bat-shark repellant every single time I see it.

I love this show. I grew up watching re-runs as a kid, and I still love to watch it now, because it is so hilariously bad.
and the greatest scene ever...

Don't know if it's the same episode, but I believe it may be...Joker is fleeing the scene of a crime on foot, chased by police. He gets into a police car (they see this happen), he puts on a police hat, and when the officers get to the car, Joker (now in a fool-proof disguise) says that he saw the crook go up the road. So, naturally, the cops run after the "crook" hahaha. This show is a work of brilliance. Start to finish, everything about it is great. ***EDIT*** Found it. 4:53 mark. Hilarious!
