Hi folks,
I was one of the "lucky" people who was able to order the Rockers on MattelShop.com, but got a back-ordered notice. Just a few minutes ago, I got the following email:

mistakenly made its way into our system. You were among a handful of
people able to grab it at the incorrect price. This was an error on our

was just about to post this.
i got the same e-mail, i replied telling them i wanted my order to be processed. Mattel just went up a few notches in my book for doing this.

I got 1 too. I called to make sure this was true and a guy I talked to said it will get shipped once it's back in stock.

Do you have to email them to have them ship it or will they ship it if you don't do anything?

They plan on shipping it unless you decide you want to cancel your order. So unless you specifically say I don't want these any longer they are going to still bill you and end up shipping your order.

They probably aren't selling well on Matty so they figured they can get rid of some units and not end up losing more money than they have to.

I wish they had told us this way back on the 21st. I think my Rockers from Matty will be delivered today. Oh well - hindsight is always 20/20.
I replied to the message and it couldn't deliver my e-mail. Twice. (Must be my comcast e-mail - some people seem to hate comcast).
And I would much rather do it on e-mail than over the phone - I'm just afraid it's going to be long and arduous explaining it to customer service - hope I'm wrong.
Just called any cancelled - it was very easy - I was wrong. Just have your order number ready and it's a piece of cake.

The guy I talked to said if you don't cancel they will ship it out when it's in stock.

I too got that e-mail. I ended up ordering one from Matty as well, but I don't mind having a second set. A few months down the road when the online supply is exhausted, these will be saught after by a few people who didn't order it and it shouldn't be too tough to get my money back for them or at least something else I want in my collection in return.
