Every figure comes with a different part of the figure. One figure comes with a Leg, one a torso and you buy the set and put together in this case a Michael Cole with all the pieces.

I don't get why people think capitalizing every first letter of every word online is grammatically correct or somehow cool. It looks dumb and it actually dulls whatever point you're trying to make because it makes the reader struggle to absorb the point, because there's no proper capitalization. Stop it.
Build a figure means with the set of figures, you get a different piece of the BAF with each figure. If you get them all, you can build a complete figure.

check out this link (to MattyCollector.com's Facebook page). www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.95685879843.84132.57309659843&type=1As you can see, each figure comes packaged with a piece of the larger figure (giant Green guy named Chemo)..if you get all the figures, you get all the pieces of Chemo. This has been a popular way of getting larger or more obscure figures out for years now...mainly with comic lines (DC Universe & Marvel Legends), but Star Wars had done it too...Toybiz had PLANNED on doing a wave with a C&C Traci Brooks, but the line was canceled. Next time you goto a store, look for the DC Universe figures that are there, might give you a better idea.

So, as long as people are not spelling everything wrong and very hard too read, i don't see the point of why you would get on someone's case for this? haha especially since i understood what the dude was asking. This could have been written a lot worse!

When the time comes to put the figure together, is it like a part swap where u have to boil the piece in water? or do the pieces snap together? and do they stay together well?
